The Heritage Ranch community is located in San Luis Obispo County, California near the southeast shoreline of Lake Nacimiento. It is a master planned community and is managed through a homeowners association, the Heritage Ranch Owners Association (HROA), which was incorporated in 1972. There are presently sixteen (16) separate tracts with 2,091 single family residential lots.
This free service provides curbside chipping and removal of hazardous vegetation from residential properties. Experienced contractors will chip the vegetation you gather, stack it, and then haul it away.The program recommends signing up before building your pile. Make a reservation to secure your pickup.
