There is also potential for the Association to expand some of the services available through the Owner Portal in the future.
The BMX/Skate Park Focus Group was established by the Board of Directors to explore the possibility of developing a new recreational amenity for the enjoyment of residents of all ages and abilities. A report was presented to the board at their meeting on June 23, 2022 as an opportunity to discuss the possible options for establishing a BMX/skate park and obtain direction from the board for further action. Effective December 1st, the new “Forever” decals for vehicles and vessels started distribution from the HROA Member Services office.
There is no appointment necessary to come in and get your new decals!

Multiple HROA forms, including Camping and Boating form, have been updated and are now "fillable" so that they can be completed, saved and emailed back to us without printing. We don't have completely "online" forms yet, but we do plan this for a future upgrade. Choose "Read More" for the link to our new fillable forms.
Trails of the Beautiful Village of Heritage Ranch Guidebook
Members may download the Trails of the Beautiful Village of Heritage Ranch (2020) guidebook from the Hiking and Trails page or may request a free, electronic copy from the HROA Member Services office. Hardcopies are available for purchase for $16. Members may also request access to trail maps on the Gaia GPS application which can be used on mobile devices and desktops.
