Pools Open - New Pool Hours for Heritage Park Pool

Effective 06-28-21 Both Pools will be open Monday and Tuesday.

Heritage Ranch Pools Reopened Friday of Memorial Day Weekend. Effective Monday, June 28, 2021, both the Heritage Park Pool and the Equestrian Park Pool are now open seven (7) days per weekfor the remainder of the summer season.  Visit the Pools webpage for pool hours and further information.  The State of California and County of San Luis Obispo Department of Public Health mandates for COVID-19 determine how we can safely operate our common area pools this year.

HROA Launch Ramp now closed due to low water levels

The current low water levels in Lake Nacimiento are forcing us to close our HROA Launch Ramp effective immediately. There were next to no boats that could successfully launch at our ramp this past weekend and we are down to less than 18" of water at the end of our ramp.

FIREWISE USA - Wildfire Community Preparedness is a national campaign that encourages people and organizations everywhere to take action to raise awareness and reduce wildfire risks. 

Educational materials are available at the link on this page.  Hard copies are available at the HROA Member Services Office and at the Heritage Village Seniors Library.

Heritage Village Seniors, Inc

Heritage Village Seniors (HVS) has an all new Board with goals which include socialization, recreation and service.  The HVS Center is now fully open and the library is open 5 days a week.  The librarian is currently developing a children's program with activities and has developed a more extensive children's section at the library.

They have an active and busy membership, who volunteer on a number of projects designed to appeal to every personality.  Heritage Village Seniors is actively recruiting for members.  Anyone over the age of 45 can join.

New "Fillable" Forms

Multiple HROA forms, including Camping and Boating form, have been updated and are now "fillable" so that they can be completed, saved and emailed back to us without printing. We don't have completely "online" forms yet, but we do plan this for a future upgrade.  Choose "Read More" for the link to our new fillable forms.

GOT TRASH?

3 ways for Heritage Ranch residents to get rid of trash
  1. Call San Miguel Garbage at 805-467-9283 to schedule curbside pick-up.  This service is provided at no-charge for most “bulk” items, or for a cost-effective fee for appliances, tires, and other larger items requiring special disposal.
  2. Contact the HROA Member Services office to pay to dump 1 to 2 cubic yards of trash into our bins.  Price range is $40 to $70.  Trash only.

Members may download the Trails of the Beautiful Village of Heritage Ranch (2020) guidebook from the Hiking and Trails page or may request a free, electronic copy from the HROA Member Services office. Hardcopies are available for purchase for $16.  Members may also request access to trail maps on the Gaia GPS application which can be used on mobile devices and desktops.

NRWMAC April Newsletter and Litigation Update

The Nacimiento Regional Water Management Advisory Committee (NRWMAC) represents property owners, visitors and enthusiasts of all sorts that enjoy Lake Nacimiento. Their goal is to maximize the water level in Lake Nacimiento throughout the summer.
