Boat Slips may be reserved up to, but not more than, thirty (30) days before the requested date.
Members or Tenants may only occupy OR reserve ONE (1) Slip OR Dock at ANY GIVEN TIME.
All rentals begin on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. and end on Monday at 8:00 p.m.
The 80-boat slips located at the HROA Marina are leased to current members through the Member Services Office. The current lease period is for January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2029. Lessees pay annually in January and turnover most often occurs at this time each year. The average waiting time for a slip to come available is approximately five (5) years, though some members on the list have waited longer. Note: Condominium residents have additional boat slips available only to their sub-association membership.
