We are excited to inform you that the new Member Portal is active. This portal will allow you to view your account information at any time, and make payments online. Please note that there is now a convenience fee for credit and debit card payments. There is also potential for the Association to expand some of the services available through the Owner Portal in the future.
The BMX/Skate Park Focus Group was established by the Board of Directors to explore the possibility of developing a new recreational amenity for the enjoyment of residents of all ages and abilities. A report was presented to the board at their meeting on June 23, 2022 as an opportunity to discuss the possible options for establishing a BMX/skate park and obtain direction from the board for further action. San Luis Obispo County was declared a National Disaster area during the most recent storms. This allows homeowners who experienced personal loss or damage due to the storms to apply for assistance.

The Board of Directors tasked the Virtual Access Focus Group to investigate and provide recommendations on methods and options for expanding participation at Board meetings virtually, improve availability of association records, and enhance other virtual access and communications relating to official meetings and records.
Attached is the report presenting the work that has been performed and the recommendations for Board discussion at the September 22, 2022 meeting.
This letter transmits final Time Schedule Order (TSO) No. R3-2022-0046 for the Heritage Ranch Community Services District (District) Wastewater Treatment Plant as adopted by the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Coast Region, at its regularly schedule public meeting on October 14, 2022.

Members may download the Trails of the Beautiful Village of Heritage Ranch (2020) guidebook from the Hiking and Trails page or may request a free, electronic copy from the HROA Member Services office. Hardcopies are available for purchase for $16. Members may also request access to trail maps on the Gaia GPS application which can be used on mobile devices and desktops.
