The Heritage Ranch community is located in San Luis Obispo County, California near the southeast shoreline of Lake Nacimiento. It is a master planned community and is managed through a homeowners association, the Heritage Ranch Owners Association (HROA), which was incorporated in 1972. There are presently sixteen (16) separate tracts with 2,091 single family residential lots.
The Special Executive Session Meeting of the Board of Directors of Heritage Ranch Owners Association will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at the Member Services Office located at 2130 Heritage Loop Road, Paso Robles, CA 93446. The meeting has been rescheduled to 6:00 pm and is closed to all participants.
The Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of Heritage Ranch Owners Association has been rescheduled, and will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at the Recreation Barn located at 2555 Equestrian Road, Paso Robles, CA 93446. The Special Executive Session meeting will begin at 4:30 pm and is closed to all participants. The Special Open Session Meeting will begin at approximately 6:00 pm and is open to all Members.
