The Oak Bay Townhome Association represents the owners of 32 townhomes on the shore of Lake Nacimiento within Heritage Ranch. Oak Bay Members are full members of HROA and are entitled to utilize all the amenities within Heritage Ranch. In addition, residents have access to their own pool, tennis courts, and boat slips.
