Dear Members,
Heritage Ranch Owners Association is seeking dedicated and passionate volunteers to fill two (2) vacancies on our Board of Directors. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and governance of Heritage Ranch.
Responsibilities:
- Attend regular board meetings and participate in discussions and decision-making processes.
- Lead one of our three (3) Administrative Committees: Finance, AEC, and Strategic Planning.
- Provide guidance and support to the association's management team.
- Help shape the future of our organization by contributing to strategic planning and policy development.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Member of the Association at the time of candidacy submittal.
- Must be the record owner of a Separate Interest (lot or condo unit subject to HROA's governing documents) for a period of at least one year.
- Must be a Member in Good Standing (current on assessments or a payment plan with the Association).
- Must not be a record owner of a Separate Interest with a seated Director.
- Must not have a criminal conviction that would prevent the association from purchasing fidelity bond coverage or cause such coverage to be terminated.
Term:
The appointed candidates will serve the remainder of the term for the vacated seats. The term for both positions will conclude on August 16, 2025, when the 2025 Board Election results are announced.

- Candidate Interviews - Between Wednesday, December 4, and Friday, December 6, 2024.
- Appointment of New Directors - Thursday, December 12, 2024, at the Board Meeting.
