NEXT BOARD MEETING: 01-27-22 Third Quarter BOD Open Session Meeting

January 27, 2022 at 6 p.m. at the Recreation Barn, 2555 Equestrian Road

The next Board Meeting will be held on January 27, 2022.  the 01-27-22 Third Quarter BOD Meeting will be in-person at the HROA Rec Barn. State and local social distancing and health mandates will be in place.  A You Tube channel is available for livestreaming our meetings.

Cal Fire Station 33: Neighborhood Food Drive

Heritage Ranch donates over two (2) tons of food to the SLO County Food Bank

As a result of our recent food drive, the Heritage Ranch community in partnership with CalFire Station 33 donated over two (2) tons of food this week to the SLO County Food Bank.

The exact amount donated was an incredible 4,190 pounds of food. Wow!! This is truly amazing generosity from our community and will help so many of our County residents in need this holiday season and throughout the year.

NFPA Firewise USA 2021-22 Re-Certification for Heritage Ranch

For the fourth consecutive year, Heritage Ranch Owners Association has been certified by the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) as a Firewise USA community. This is an important accomplishment for us each and every year, and one that should be celebrated for a community of our size and environmental features. 

We are located in one of the highest risk wildfire zones in the State of California, and this factor alone speaks to the hard work needed to achieve this certification year after year.

GOT TRASH?

3 ways for Heritage Ranch residents to get rid of trash
  1. Call San Miguel Garbage at 805-467-9283 to schedule curbside pick-up.  This service is provided at no-charge for most “bulk” items, or for a cost-effective fee for appliances, tires, and other larger items requiring special disposal.
  2. Contact the HROA Member Services office to pay to dump 1 to 2 cubic yards of trash into our bins.  Price range is $40 to $70.  Trash only.

New "Fillable" Forms

Multiple HROA forms, including Camping and Boating form, have been updated and are now "fillable" so that they can be completed, saved and emailed back to us without printing. Members may download the Trails of the Beautiful Village of Heritage Ranch (2020) guidebook from the Hiking and Trails page or may request a free, electronic copy from the HROA Member Services office. Hardcopies are available for purchase for $16.  Members may also request access to trail maps on the Gaia GPS application which can be used on mobile devices and desktops.
