The October 28, 2021 1st Quarter Board Meeting will be held in-person at the HROA Rec Barn. State and local social distancing and health mandates will be in place.  A You Tube channel is available for livestreaming our meetings.  If you are an HROA Member and wish to view the Board Meetings remotely, please contact the HROA Member Services Office.

Heritage Village Seniors, Inc

JOIN THE HERITAGE VILLAGE SENIORS:

Heritage Village Seniors (HVS) has an all new Board with goals which include socialization, recreation and service.  The HVS Center is now fully open and the library is open 5 days a week.  The librarian is currently developing a children's program with activities and has developed a more extensive children's section at the library.

Pools are now closed for the 2021 Season

At the 9/23/2021 Open Session Board Meeting, the Board of Directors approved that the Heritage Park Pool will continue to be open on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) through October 10. Due to cooler weather and the cold nights, the pool water temperature is now running at 64 degrees.  Effective October 11, both the Heritage Park and Equestrian Park pools are now closed for the season.

New "Fillable" Forms

Multiple HROA forms, including Camping and Boating form, have been updated and are now "fillable" so that they can be completed, saved and emailed back to us without printing. We don't have completely "online" forms yet, but we do plan this for a future upgrade.  Choose "Read More" for the link to our new fillable forms.

GOT TRASH?

3 ways for Heritage Ranch residents to get rid of trash
  1. Call San Miguel Garbage at 805-467-9283 to schedule curbside pick-up.  This service is provided at no-charge for most “bulk” items, or for a cost-effective fee for appliances, tires, and other larger items requiring special disposal.
  2. Contact the HROA Member Services office to pay to dump 1 to 2 cubic yards of trash into our bins.  Price range is $40 to $70.  Trash only.

Hardcopies are available for purchase for $16.  Members may also request access to trail maps on the Gaia GPS application which can be used on mobile devices and desktops.
