Holiday House Condominiums

The Holiday House Homeowners Association represents the owners of thirty 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums on the shore of Lake Nacimiento within Heritage Ranch. Members of this Condo Association are full members of HROA and are entitled to utilize all the amenities within Heritage Ranch. In addition, condo residents have access to their own pool, tennis courts, and outdoor barbecue area.

Annual Association Meeting

Annual meeting of Property Owners and Board of Directors is typically held early each summer.

Important Rule Reminders

  1. All dogs must be leashed at all times and PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER THEM    
  2. No boat, trailer, or RV parking is allowed in front of the units or laundry.  Carport or off premises only
  3. No tenant improvements to outside of buildings, including docks without Board approval
  4. Carports for cars and toys only, no personal item storage
  5. Patios are for barbeques and outdoor furniture only, no personal item storage.  Large canopies cannot be stored on common areas.
