We are excited to inform you that the new Member Portal is active. This portal will allow you to view your account information at any time, and make payments online. Please note that there is now a convenience fee for credit and debit card payments. There is also potential for the Association to expand some of the services available through the Owner Portal in the future.
Hierarchy of Documents
Common interest developments have a number of documents controlling the development. Not all documents are created equal–some have more authority than others. As provided for in Civil Code §4205 (effective January 1, 2014) the hierarchy of authority is as follows:
