We are excited to inform you that the new Member Portal is active. This portal will allow you to view your account information at any time, and make payments online. Please note that there is now a convenience fee for credit and debit card payments. There is also potential for the Association to expand some of the services available through the Owner Portal in the future.
Those that have an email address registered with the Association may have received, or will receive an email invitation to register for the Member Portal today. If you do not have an email registered with the Association, there is no need to worry as you can register for the Member Portal as long as you have your account number and property address.
For those that requested registration information prior to these invitations being sent out, you may see some visual differences between the original portal and the portal that went live today. Please access your account and verify that all the information is still correct.
We have included a visual Information Guide and Tutorial document to assist you with setting up payments through the new portal. Click here to view the document. A page with this information will be added to the Association’s website, Member Portal Instructions, under the Member Resources drop down menu.
You may also notice that there is a new button titled “Member Portal” on the top right of the website. That button will take you to the new Member Portal login page.
