New Main Gate / North Gate Visitor Access System

Good afternoon Heritage Ranch,

As many of you are already aware, we at Heritage Ranch upgraded our DoorKing access system a few months ago at both the Main Gate on Gateway Drive and the North Gate on Heritage Loop Road, and we have been actively testing this system and preparing to roll it out. The most significant change with this upgraded access system is the ability for individual Heritage Ranch Members to be assigned a unique, 4-digit PIN code for their guest's faster, easier 24/7 entry through the Main Gate and the North Gate Visitor lanes, as well as the use of a telephone number access feature.

Please note that this new visitor access system does NOT replace the electronic member card system - nothing will change for member entry through the Main Gate and North Gate Member Lanes into our community. This is simply another, very convenient method available to the Heritage Ranch membership for their family members and regular guests to access our community. Members are also not required to use this system for their guest access if they choose not to, and it is via opt-in only. Please complete the form, and return it to the Member Services Office at [email protected] if you'd like to opt-in to have a unique 4-digit guest access code assigned to your Heritage Ranch home and/or use the telephone number access feature.

For anyone who currently utilizes the after-hours (after 11:00 pm) code for guest access that changes daily through the Main Gate, this after-hours code system will be discontinued next weekend. The last night that the Main Gate will issue an after-hours code is next Friday night, November 20, 2020. After this date, the unique 4-digit PIN issued code per Heritage Ranch home will need to be used for after-hours guest access, or the telephone number access feature.
