New “Forever” Decals For All Currently Registered Vehicles And Vessels


Good afternoon Heritage Ranch,

The HROA Member Services office will be distributing the new “Forever” decals for all currently registered vehicles and vessels Wednesday, December 1 through Saturday, December 4, 2021 (next week). We will have tables and staff members set-up just inside the Association's Member Services Office building lobby in the Oak Hill Center at 2130 Heritage Loop Road from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm each day, and the tables will be clearly labeled.

The decals will be distributed by Member/Tenant/Resident last name, with different last name letters being assigned to specific days of the week, as follows:

Assigned Day / Date                   and               Last name begins with:

Wednesday, December 1                                 A - I

Thursday, December 2                                    J - R

Friday, December 3                                         S – Z

Saturday, December 4                                      All others who missed their day above during the week, or are part-time/weekend owners

Please bring your Member ID card and hard copies of each of your current vehicle and vessel registration documents with you. The physical vehicles and/or vessels DO NOT have to be with you. The HROA staff members will then verify your current vehicle or vessel registration matches your Member ID card, and issue individual decals for each valid registration provided. Instruction sheets will be distributed with the assigned decals in the event that a Member, Tenant or Resident is unsure as to exactly where the decals should be adhered.

These new “Forever” decals for Heritage Ranch are made of destructible material, which means they cannot be removed and transferred to another vehicle or vessel without coming apart and being irreparably damaged. They are also reflective so they can be easily seen and identified in darkness, as well as UV resistant to resist fading/discoloration.

If you are unable to attend one of the dates above, your red decals will be honored through the end of March 2022.  Please come to the HROA office with your current registrations at a later date and we will issue decals to you at that time.
