2021 Special BOD Annual Organizational Meeting to immediately follow the Annual Meeting and Election of Directions at the Recreation Barn
Election Packets were mailed last week and are starting to arrive! Look for your ballot in the mailbox this week! If you have not received your Election Packet by Wednesday, July 28, please contact the HROA office at (805) 238-9641 for information on how to get a replacement ballot.
The Special BOD Annual Meeting and Election of Directors will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 2555 Equestrian Road, Paso Robles, CA 93446. The Inspectors of Election (TIE) ballot tabulation portion of the meeting will be held virtually. The Annual Organizational Meeting will immediately follow the Annual Meeting and Election of Directors.
There are two (2) open positions in this election to serve a two-year term. Election packages including a ballot and full instructions for return is being to the Membership at least 30 days prior to the Annual Meeting and Election of Directors. Upon receipt of your election package, the ballots must be returned via US Mail in the included self-addressed envelopes to: The Inspectors of Election, P.O. Box 131778, Carlsbad, CA 92013 by 4:30 PM on Friday, August 20, 2021. Due to the fact the ballot tabulation is being held virtually, the voting deadline for this meeting is Friday, August 20, 2021. There will be no in-person voting at the Annual Meeting on August 21, 2021.
The nomination deadline for this year’s election was June 1, 2021 at 4:30 PM. Initially (7) Candidates applied by the deadline. As of July 12, 2021, two Candidates have formally withdrawn due to personal time conflicts. the candidates listed below will be included on the ballot.

Pursuant to Civil Code Section 5107(a)(7), as a Member of the Association, you have a right to verify the accuracy of your individual information (i.e., name, voting power and mailing or physical address/parcel number) on both the candidate registration list and voter list, at least thirty (30) days before the ballots are to be distributed. This viewing closed as of July 12, 2021. You may visit the HROA office to view the final mailing list for the ballots.
