NOTE: Effective
immediately Monterey County requires all boaters to
carry a self-inspection form related to Quagga and
Zebra Mussels in their watercraft! You can
pick a form up at the HROA Office or at the Main
Gatehouse, or download the form
here. There will be a FREE Quagga
and Zebra Mussel Class, limited to the first twenty
(20) persons at the Rec Barn, 9:30 a.m. to Noon,
Tuesday, July 13th. FREE lunch with class.
Contact the HROA Office to make your reservation.
Monterey County will put on the class.

The Annual
Membership Meeting will be held on Saturday, August
21, 2010. Various questions that will be posed
to the candidates are being coordinated through the
HROA Advisory Committee. If you would like to
send a question in for consideration by the
committee, please click on the button below.

The Architectural &
Environmental Control (AEC) Committee will change
its meeting dates and time beginning July 2010.
There will continue to be two meetings a month at
the HROA Office, but they will begin at 2:00 p.m.
The first meeting will be held on the FIRST THURSDAY
of each month. The second meeting will be held
on the THIRD THURSDAY of each month.

Steve Meikle,
Fire Captain Station 33 wants to notify all
residents that on May 15, 2010 Cal Fire will be
conducting a live fire training exercise, consisting
of a partially built single family wood framed
residence located at 10911 Nacimiento Lake Drive.
The training exercise will be conducted between the
hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Any questions
you have regarding this should be directed to the
Heritage Ranch Fire Station at 805-227-6553.

NEW AT THE NORTH GATEHOUSE:
HROA recently installed a call box alongside the Guest Lane at the
North Gatehouse on Heritage Loop Road. The call box is to be
used only by members who forgot their Heritage Ranch identification
Card or want assistance, and guests who have already been called in
prior. Guests, including any passengers, who have not been
called in, must continue to use the Main Gatehouse when the North
Gatehouse is unmanned.
