Maintenance Specialist I / II

NOTE:

The hiring of all employees is supervised by the General Manager, under the policies established in the HROA Employee Manual. Each Manager is given the authority working under the General Manager to hire within their respective departments.
HROA endeavors to maintain a well-trained, enthusiastic and efficient group of employees. As part of that goal, HROA practices a preference for advancing current employees into vacancies rather than filling positions from the outside.
Advertising of a position open to the general public may be by one or more of the following: 1) posting a notice in prominent places around Heritage Ranch, 2) advertising on Craigslist and/or in a local newspaper, 3) posting on the HROA website.
All employee candidates must fill out an application form in addition to signing numerous documents. During the background check, references provided may be contacted. Interviews are done by the Manager responsible for that position.
