NORTH ENTRANCE 
GATE PROCEDURES AND INFORMATION

The entry gates on Heritage Loop Road at the North Entrance are now in operation. When the North Gatehouse is open, the Gate Attendant will assist you in gaining access to the Ranch anytime you use the guest lane. During all other hours, the Main Entrance will need to be used for all guest entries. The guest lane is to be used by anyone who: 1) does not have a valid, current decal on their vehicle; or 2) does not have a valid, current decal on their vehicle and vessel in-tow. The North Gatehouse is presently manned:

Between October 1st and April 1st:

                        Mondays through Fridays from 6:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
                                                                       
Between April 2nd and September 30th:

                        Wednesdays through Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
                        Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
                                                                       
The member lane arm will normally be engaged when you approach the North Gatehouse, whether it is manned or not manned. Your identification card provides access through the member lane when it is engaged by use of a proximity card reader.


NEW AT THE NORTH GATEHOUSE:  HROA recently installed a call box alongside the Guest Lane at the North Gatehouse on Heritage Loop Road.  The call box is to be used only by members who forgot their Heritage Ranch identification Card or want assistance, and guests who have already been called in prior.  Guests, including any passengers, who have not been called in, must continue to use the Main Gatehouse when the North Gatehouse is unmanned.
 


The exit lane will normally be engaged when you approach to exit and requires you to pull up to it at which time it will open automatically. It will then automatically close again after you have exited.

Cameras are in place around the North Gatehouse and are being recorded. Anyone who illegally gains entrance, or assists another individual to gain entrance will be cited accordingly. If you see any suspicious activity, please help us by noting the date and approximate time of the occurrence and by contacting either the North Gatehouse or the Main Gatehouse with that information.

The entry gates on Holly Drive will not be put into operation until a keypad entry is added and the dirt road connecting to Nacimiento Lake Drive (G-14) is closed. Estimated completion time for this is approximately August, 2008. When the entry gates on Holly Drive are put into operation, the operation is the same as described above with your identification card providing access through the entrance gate, and the exit gate opening and closing automatically. Guests will be able to have assistance from the Gate Attendant when on duty. The Gate Attendant can manually open the Holly Drive entrance gate from the North Gatehouse. Your guests will also be able to use the keypad if you have provided them the code for entry directly whether the North Gatehouse is manned or not.
